RESOLVED: Media Playback, Local Recording & Uploads Temporarily Unavailable Due to Azure Outage
We’ve confirmed an outage with Microsoft Azure’s Front Door service, which is temporarily affecting Quil’s ability to upload and stream recordings.
This is currently impacting:
- Call recording playback
- Snippet playback
- Local recording uploads
Good news: Calls are still being captured, transcribed, and processed correctly.
